Website purpose

This website provides general information about AFT Labs and its managed account-development and clinic phone-assistance services. Website information is an invitation to discuss fit, not a signed engagement or an offer capable of acceptance.

Scope and commercial terms

Service scope, qualification criteria, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and handoff rules must be agreed in writing for each engagement. Examples on this site are illustrative descriptions of service categories, not promises of a specific result.

Outcome boundaries

AFT Labs does not promise signed accounts, care starts, awarded contracts, revenue, or a fixed number of meetings or appointments. Clients remain responsible for pricing, technical qualification, bids, proposals, service delivery, clinical decisions, care assessment, and closing.

Clinic boundaries

The clinic phone assistant uses clinic-approved answers, booking rules, and escalation instructions. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, make clinical decisions, or replace clinic staff.

Use of the site

Use this site for legitimate business information. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation or use it to submit patient information, passwords, or unlawful material.
